You bring your own live animal(s) and you get back your own meat, cut just the way you or your business likes it. We specialize in two methods of butchering: custom meat processing and USDA meat processing.

Two processing options

Custom meat processing

for personal use

You bring your own live animal(s) and get back your own meat – exactly the way you want it – to feed your family. You choose exactly how your meat is cut. We’ll process it for personal use, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready to pick up.

USDA meat processing

for commercial use

You can sell your meat once it’s processed in our USDA-inspected facility since it’s subject to rigorous federal inspection standards. This process is ideal for resale at markets or to restaurants and includes all required inspection and labeling for legal meat sales.

For USDA and custom beef, pork, and lamb processing

We provide USDA and custom beef, pork, and lamb processing for your business or family in our meat processing facility here in Greeneville, TN. You provide the livestock and let us know your desired cuts by filling out our cut sheets below. We’ll handle everything from put down to packaging in a humane and clean environment. After your meat is cured and ready for consumption, you’ll return to pick up your packaged cuts.
