“Took a full steer to this newly opened place – we got 100% of our meat back, and everything was exactly as I requested. The steaks are thick, the burger is lean, and the packaging allowed us to fit more packs efficiently in our freezers. I’ve used multiple butchers in the past, and this is by far the best.
